籠式粉碎機(jī)廣泛用于有機(jī)礦物質(zhì)、復(fù)合肥粉碎、復(fù)合肥顆粒粉碎、肥料粉碎。它可粉碎含水量在6%以下的各種單一化肥，尤其適用于硬度較大的物料，是一銨、二銨、尿素等硬粒物料的克星。籠式粉碎機(jī)是由機(jī)架、機(jī)殼、大鼠輪組、小鼠輪組和兩臺電動機(jī)等主要部件組成，工作時由一臺電機(jī)帶動大籠子順向旋轉(zhuǎn)，另一臺電機(jī)帶動小籠子逆向旋轉(zhuǎn)，物料通過料斗進(jìn)入內(nèi)鼠輪框內(nèi)，由高速旋轉(zhuǎn)鋼條對物料反復(fù)沖擊破碎，從而達(dá)到將物料細(xì)碎的效果。該機(jī)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，粉碎效率高、密封性能好，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，便于清理、維修方便等特點。
